Just For Fun

So I said to Blue  "can you make a silly face for me?"
And he said " how's this"
 That's good but have you got a sillier face?
"You mean like this"
 " Come on Blue keep trying, I know you can give me a sillier face"
" I think this is pretty good"
 " Good but not quite there yet"
" Okay, this is my last try, take it or leave it"
 " Perfect and thank you for being such a good sport"
"Okay, I'm done amusing you for the day, how about a treat"

    Why can't I ever get my horses to pose? Every time they do something cute, I miss it. Blue is a real ham for the camera! *lol*

      I don't think he was really posing. I had just gotten done grooming him outside and he knew I had treats in my pocket. That's the only reason he was hanging around by the gate.

    Cute post. Blue is a handsome guy, what a face (s)!! It definitely deserves a treat, or at least a kiss on the nose. Guessing he would rather have the treat. What horse wouldn't?

    I forget what a pretty face he has, even when he's being goofy. He is a handsome one! Nothing better than having fun with the horses!

    Even with his tongue out he is soooo handsome! I saw a post from SRS the other day - one of the stallions sticks his tongue out when you point your finger at him. Looks like Blue does it on command!! ;)

      I think Blue would find it beneath himself to do anything on command. He thinks he's just way too cool for tricks. He only does things when he feels like it or maybe if there is a treat involved. He does keep me smiling with his unique personality. I'll never forget the time he calmly walked into the dumpster, climbed the manure pile and stood atop it surveying his kingdom.

    Blue is way too cute!!! Even with his goofy faces! What you said about him climbing the manure pile and surveying his kingdom -- I can imagine him doing that. How wonderful to live with such characters :)

    Is the snow finally melting then?

      Blue did his dumpster diving a few years ago but it still makes me laugh when I think about it. And yes, the snow is finally melting. Hope it stays gone for a long time too.
